Anxiety and Compulsion
What is anxiety? My experience of anxiety is a heightened sense of self, a duty or responsibility mixed with the need to feel stable and safe. As I reflect on this, it occurs to me that anxiety has the earmark of change.
It is said that the only thing that stays the same is change. And though change can be disarming, our work together can help you connect to your solid sense of self that will provide you your bearings, and even traction, as change swirls around you.
